The video consultation is covered by statutory health insurance and can be easily booked online.

The confidential consultation to help you overcome your fear of the dentist is subject to medical confidentiality.

Technical requirements:

All you need is a smartphone or laptop/PC with a webcam. You don't need to install anything for the video consultation, as it runs directly in your browser. When you log in for your video consultation appointment, the software will help you set up your camera and microphone.

A phone or video consultation naturally cannot fully replace an in-person examination. A reliable diagnosis or actual treatment of your dental anxiety exclusively by phone or video is, of course, not possible.
